After ten years on Harley Street and another four at a Bond Street brand, I'd worked on a lot of skin without spending real time on any of it.
Bloom is the opposite. A small studio, two treatment rooms, products I'd put on my own face, and an hour we never cut short. We see fewer people. We see them better.
